Based at our Ottawa Location, our mobile service truck provides 24/7, on the road service to our Ottawa and Gatineau customers, allowing them to receive service when they need it the most and redirecting this clientele directly to our shop when necessary.

Since 2012, Hino Ottawa has provided impeccable service to businesses of the National Capital Region. It harbors the sales department of the Hino Ottawa-Gatineau Group.

With its custom built facility, it was awarded the #1 service department in 2013 and the 2014’s award of excellence for outstanding dealership performance for its facility and sales & service.

Parts department

Since 2014, Hino Gatineau Express has served the businesses located in the industrial park in Gatineau and its surrounding.

Since 2015, Hino Gatineau Express has had its very own parts department. Offering a large variety of parts for all makes and models, including but not limited to Hino, Mack and Volvo.

The implementation of this new department has increased parts sales and costumer traffic to our location.

With its 6 bays and 7 mechanics, Hino Gatineau Express specializes in all makes and models and had its very own parts department.
